    The people I worked with there were extremely educated, friendly. I never had to wait for an answer to a question. They explained everything step by step. If I didn't understand something they would talk it out until I was comfortable.

    Larry was always available to explain exactly how are reverse mortgage works and the benefit of this type of loan for mine and my family's situation. He returned phone calls and his follow up was great. He made things easy to understand.
