Missed closing date because paperwork had failed to be submitted in a timely manner. Had to incur additional expenses from changing moving date with moving company and delivery date with furniture company because of the forgotten paperwork.

Hal is an amazing individual! He was kind and patient to answer several of my questions. He was prompt in answering questions and his communication was excellent! I am glad to have chosen Hal as my senior loan officer!
