Pat helped me through the VA IRRRL process and provided me with the best interest rate without tacking on a bunch of fees and at a low cost. The process was super smooth.

Had good communication from the beginning to the end. Never had to wonder where we were in the process. When all the players work together in a transaction it's a very smooth process for a client as it should be.
