Ian is a professional who is available at all times of the working day and more. His guidance made the process work very smoothly and his explanations were easily understood. This is my second time working with Ian.

Ian answered all my questions and handled any concerns very quickly. He was on top of the whole process. All of the loan process was handled online and through email until the final signing, which used an in-person notary.
I loved that from the beginning we were communicating via email. He laid upfront what I can expect, and proceeded from there. He was always responsive.

This process was clean, quick, and mostly over email which for me works well with my schedule. Brett took the time to speak with me directly ANY time I asked him to call, but as I stated, this re-fi was accomplished 99% via email.
