Kelly has a wealth of knowledge and experience with the lending process and is an excellent communicator. Throughout the entire process, we felt so fortunate that she was our loan officer.
Michelle always kept me informed on what I needed to do and what was expected. She was very efficient with communicating in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer.
