Good communication and fast process.
The process (from the team to the portal) was smooth and efficient. Every step of the way all my questions were answered. Phil responds basically immediately to everything we asked. It couldn't possibly have been easier.

Recommended locking in our rate up front which proved to be best. Interest rates went up prior to us closing. Terry is very responsive to our questions as well.
