It left a sour taste in my mouth that they didn’t think of time zone differences when reaching out with time sensitive emails. Otherwise we closed on time with no issues and I would use them again.

Since we are on the east coast it would be helpful to have a team working on our files that were on the same time zone rather than waiting until later in the day for west coast to come in.
