Everyone is great but at times I have challenges with Underwriting. It seems to be more with the new underwriters than it is with those that have been with the company for a while. Everyone else on JMAC team is great!

Closing team was excellent. Underwriting staff was accomodating and AE Bridgette jumped in to help when requested. AMC communication was a little lacking

Everyone was very responsive and helped me work through a frustrating situation with the escrow company. We were able to help our Veteran borrower.

The first underwrite of the file took 5 days and no one has time to wait that long. after that was completed the process was faster
we appreciate out AE Bridget Klien - she is always so helpful has great product knowledge and communication skills.
