Jeff makes it easy to communicate with and always has the right answers.

i would submit the ctc conditions and then get additional conditions that i never had before. was very frustrating. was my first deal with jmac. hopefully it gets better.

Portal is kind of glitchy. I've had to reach out to customer support too many times for small issues with getting disclosures out. Condition review could also be a bit quicker.

I felt your service was excellent from all levels. It made my experience and my clients experience great. Thank you to the entire team!
