Miguel was always available to answer any questions. He is very efficient and quick at providing needed information. He is available on the weekends and in the evenings. This process went great!

Multiple miscommunications occurred. Most notable was Mr. Steele's inability to maintain his professionalism. Now I see why his job title includes "officer".With that stated; Larry's team was highly professional and the goal was accomplished....
