When I called I was extremely frustrated because I was told my payment had not been received when I know I mailed the payment to premier mortgage. To me it sounded as if my payment was behind because of me which it was not. I felt the information...

The information I submitted concerning the principal payment on my account was not entered after checking back several days later. That is the reason. I’m very dissatisfied.
