Brandon was very helpful and courteous. Alleviated my concerns.

It was good but the phone system needs work.

Make every way you can get me my payoff immediately when I ask for it.

The representative was knowledgeable, informative and patient . However no fault of hers I do not like that BSI does not have deferment assistance available nor do you have heloc that’s very frustrating and inconvenient

Your service representative had very limited knowledge of how your online payment system worked, and when I asked for a supervisor she told me it would take up to two days for someone to call me back. NOT very good customer service!
