Ericka was very nice… she wasn’t rude and I like when you call and the person is nice cause sometimes you get a person that is hateful… and that makes a person not want to make that call

She was extremely rude and wouldn’t help with my problem. She couldn’t explain anything I asked and kept saying “as I already advised you” blah blah… I asked for a manager and she didn’t send me to a manager instead she sent me to insurance...
