Mauricio clearly explained the option to me and helped problem solve the issue. This was instrumental in decreasing my concern over the increase in my monthly mortgage.

I was worried that Mauricio was a fraud and I needed clarification that he was a 'real' person at the official BSI location. He answered several questions for me and did not get frustrated. He was kind and explanatory!

My experience could have been better if Dylan took my call when I tried to contact him to follow-up on my issue; or he could have returned my call when he was available. Nonetheless, Dylan did successfully resolve my issue. Thank you.

Too much transfor to get person to talk.

The individuals I spoke to were very professional and helpful. However, it was incredibly hard to get a human on the phone. I completely understand after this experience why BSI has such terrible online reviews.
