Follow up with the customer and not deny access to a supervisor by saying they are unavailable do not report your customer as late payment to the credit bureau when there is a Federal law to protect the customer when your business takes over...

resolved my issues

The situation has not been resolved waiting to hear back from thr escrow department about removing the homeowners insurance from escrow. I expressing my concern that I want to make payment on my own.

Lost my job Feb 2024. Tried to find new work but couldn't find worm fast enough. Told you guys I was in a crisis. Told to have an offer by a certain time to avoid forclosire but so many fees have Ben unecisserily added to make it impossible...

Could have removed the mortgage insurance.
