I get inconsistent anwers about my escrow and the representative was not helpful and short with answers

Nobody takes responsibility for the problems there and nobody actually solves the issue, they just pass the problems along to someone else. Every time I call it's the same run around

I've found that the customer service feels very "mechanical" as in, not overly friendly or very approachable. With that being said, I'm hoping that this time my problem will be resolved.
