Request fulfilled on time

Thank you Lorraine for the time taken to resolve issues I was experiencing and guiding me step by step in accessing my online account and explaining amount past due and amount that will be due. You were so helpful and kind and a very patient...

yoranne was knowledgeable and friendly

Alanna was very professional and considerate of my needs.

He was willing to hear my issue, tell me how to fix it AND walk me through it. I appreciated the extra time he was willing to take to ensure there were no questions on my end

You made an internal billing error, then tried to blame it on me, tanked my credit, then charged me late fees too for YOUR ERROR. I cannot state how unhappy I am with BSI without expletive.

Always willing to help

Alanna was able to give more options to reduce the escrow payment.

Quick and easy.
