I still see a $20 feefor a return autopay that I did not authorize. You took the autopay a month before it should have been taken.

Because he was able to ask questions, and get additional help from another group, and get me the exact information I was seaking.

Efficient and explained the additional tac raise with the correct amount while my other call over a week ago gave the wrong amount for tax owed and tax total deferred.

Dyl was great but the experience leading up to speaking with him was ok at best The communication of the transfer of my loa was not good and the welcome package wasn't delivered until yesterday

Have knowledge of what's happening. Couldn't even locate my account.
