when i spoke to Micheal he was nice and told me he submitted my request. I just called today and was told he did not.

Michael was nice and quick to answer my question.

When you call me, it would be helpful is you left a message explaining the reason for your call rather than just saying: "Return this call." It turned out that the reason for the call did not even apply to me.

Tamara was quick to help get my issue resolved.
