Hopefully it will get better but the transition of my loan to BSI has been confusing as the communication has been so so at best

I had set up automatic payments for the 1st and 15th of every month, but the system is actually bi weekly and payment was coming out earlier and earlier, which was throwing things off. Michael helped me fix a set date so that wouldn't happen....
