The website did not provide an April monthly statement for download so I could print it, Had to call 2nd time to again request for the statement to be mailed to my home. I have yet to receive the statement that supposedly was mailed 03/03/2026....

I like talking to a real person and wish AI was the middleman. sometimes It isn't clear when one can speak to a live person. Sometimes hard to understand/hear.

I called because I'd reversed the payments on 2 of my accounts. It would have been a simple matter for you to have fixed this for me. Instead, the payment was held and I got a late charge and a new statement showing the full payment past due....

Elizabeth was very kind and understanding of why I have been behind. She relived so much stress off if of me! I truly appreciate it. I have spoke to people prior to this to make payments or say why I couldn't and no one explained to me a repayment...

Michael was very helpful in telling me about my escrow check. not like the last person I spoke to who told me it was already mailed
