Problem was solved until I got 3 letters in mail today showing the amount that would be withdrawn from my checking on July 1st. Two of the letters had amounts far in excess of what was discussed and one letter was correct. All letters dated...

The only reason I am rating my experience thus is because Ms. Mitchell could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. I appreciated her sincerity and complete regard for my situation.
