It's been almost 1 1/2 months since I called about the problem... nothing has been resolved. Asked to speak to a supervisor & was told none were available. was told that someone would call me in a couple days & no one did .

The transaction history that was sent to me did not make a lot of sense. It was very confusing. I figured it out but did not understand all the debits and credits for the last 2 months .

Your math doesn't add up. You want me to pay back more money than should be owed to make my account right. Very dissatisfied with your accounting. Taking steps to remove home owners insurance from escrow as you are mishandeling funds!
