Very hard to get a live person on the phone! Also, your menu for callers does not have a "customer service" option. Payment slips often arrived late and I ended up sending payment without the slip in order to meet the first of the month deadline....

Bsi is a company that ive Had more issues with than pleasant experiences. ursula representative was the most helpful one I have had in the two weeks Ive been on the phone with bsi!

I'm still not for certain the issue has been resolved and the hit to our credit reports has been removed. I was supposed to get a call back the next day to confirm but I never received one.
