Erika was great on the phone, but my issue remains unresolved after 4 months and each day that I call, I receive different information. Supervisors refuse to get on the line and BSI has effectively stolen my money

Marquita Bailey did not want to help at all I was looking to do a deed in luie and all he said was we are not a bank we don't do that. and he basically ended the call. then I called back ans and got someone else and thwy they actually helped...

She was very friendly and answered all my questions fast and with ease. Seemed like I was talking to my family!

I returned a call that I recieved from the company not knowing why they called. They were asking about weather damage in the area and if I needed help. Customer service was very pleasant and I thought that was a nice conern of the company.
