Overall the experience and the knowledge of of our loan officer was pleasant. Very helpful and explained everything that it was easily understanable.

I was unhappy with the required documents process. I wish we were told upfront all the documents that were required instead of them being piece sealed to us. One of the docs we received from the loan officer and then was told it was not correct....
