I didn't really get to know Grant ..I like that the loan officer was presentable..easy to communicate with.....
Grant is very knowledgeable and helps you decide on which product would work best for your. Grant also is very responsive especially as a customer as we navigate through a very stressful situation.
It was easy and I liked that the company was smaller with less overhead. The overall cost was just better than the competition. The flexibility was there when I needed to make a change which was life-saving.
