Matthew was great!
Having to sign two times at closing was a huge inconvenience when we are in the process of coordinating the move.
Not sure what caused the issue but something needs to be done to correct the process.
Angela Hernandez provided excellent customer service, answered our questions promptly, and kept us constantly informed about the loan process. Very professional. We would definitely work with her again for future investments.
