1- Pre approving the clients AND educating the borrowers on the importance of being Ready and having underwriter approval. This short (21 day) escrow would've never happened if the borrowers had not been prepared the way they were by Phil.2....

Phil graduated from the Cal State University system with a degree in English. After graduation he became a loan officer and has since arranged thousands of loans for all levels of buyers. Phil is a state licensed loan officer for New American Funding who arranges loans in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He has a long history of working with first, second and multiple time home buyers. He attributes his high success rate at arranging loans to his ability to listen to buyers’ goals and needs.
