For me, it all had to do with Patrick patrick how to to workarounds with the appraiser who didn't take the appropriate pictures that she was supposed to do for my house. And I was charged $490 also I was under the impression that the checks...

Initially great communication until the title company got involved. We inherited house & we have common names. Unbeknownst to us there were weird liens. However, Ashlie at the title company was not proactive at pursuing clearing error liens...
