Patrick was very easy to work with. He explained my options and what the process would be. The whole experience went smoothly, and we are very happy with the results.
Patrick is always professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant person to talk with. He had great customer service and willing to answer questions with a gracious attitude.
Patrick was very good at explaining the refinancing process, loan and timeframes.
Everything was done over the telephone or by e-mail or fax. It was fairly quick and I was kept "in the loop" as to what was happening. Patrick was friendly and patient. He was referred to me by a friend.
I will recognize we got the main purposes of our refinancing accomplished!! Not until the appraisal point came by horrible opinion of appraisal feel like we over paid for a lousy not common sense actual market value, and my other complaint...

appraisal company used by American funding sucks!!! and simply had a sellers to close amount due at the end could not get anybody able to explain where it came from or what it was due for!
Excellent communication. Easy to manage portal for document management.
Patrick communicated thoroughly during the process and answered my questions and doubts clearly. I felt like I was in good hands and felt like he was looking for the best options for us. His transparency is what I most appreciated.
It was completed in a timely manner.
It would be better if I could sign all documents at the same time.
