Olena was great. Regardless of what we needed or when (even if it was just assurances), she provided it. On the weekend, on a plane... it did not matter, she took care of us.

Our mortgage process was pretty smooth from start to finish. Olena was able to help out with some last minute issues that came up but we got through it. Overall a good experience.
