Asking for the same thing repeatedly and in the last minute was extremely frustrating.
Olena was very informative about what had to happen and explained it to me in detail and even though I was nervous she assured us we had nothing to worry about that our loan was going through.
Olena was very helpful and answer all questions, and was always available when I needed.
She was very approachable
