Our dealings with Todd were great, no complaint. The betrayal on the appraisal is what would make us go to another lender in the future.

Refi of existing loan was done in less than 30 days. Mary Sue at Pioneer Title was GREAT. Paula Boysun was ver y good as well. This was a refi of existing loan with Vantage. Thank You
