Susan was very responsive and knowledgeable in regards to answering my questions. She was there every step of the way!

Pat was very thorough. He did not make empty promises like some of the other lenders we tried. He was always upfront and set proper expectations. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. He helped us tremendously.
