Paul provided exceptional service in helping explain the loan application process and comparing rates while I was looking for homes. This helped me decide which home to put an offer on.

His patience with working under the pressure of a loan program with a short deadline was much appreciated. Especially because the deadline made the borrower / buyer extremely stressed.

It was generally smooth, easy, and a good learning experience.
