My husband and I put in an offer on June 6th and today we received the Clear to Close! That is a 17 day turnaround on an FHA loan. Experience really matters (especially in this market) and Danny is the absolute best at what he does.
The quick responses from the team as well as being able to answer my random questions. Made everything smooth, and also adored the gifts.

The transaction didn't close on time. The lender partner blamed the title company but it was a lender issue. Things happen--I get that. But I prefer that people take responsibility.
