despite being a loyal customer, NAF charged 1% loan costs more than it would have charged to a new customer.

Issue 1: We received outdated information at the outset of the process, regarding the NAF Cash rent-back cost. It turned out to be $1000 more that what was on the info-sheet we got, and it was basically too late in the process to change it....
