The loan process was good. The communication with me could be much improved. Returning phone calls and answering emails was almost nonexistent. I had to get info second hand from the buyer or the title company for just things.

Having the option to set up payments to your principal balance at anytime on the website. And it would be great to include the option of using a credit card to make payments without any additional fees. Sometimes the funds may not be available...
