Nicholas did a tremendous job in helping me through my loan process. He made sure I was kept up-to-date and answered any questions I had. Great customer service and made sure not to talk over my head.

after new american handed us off to the local support communication got worse and there was lots of duplications and unnecessary paper work. Vet your local reps better.

Jeff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The initial plan didn’t work out but he used his experience to find an alternative. He is friendly and always available.
