I was given an estimate and it ended up being $6000 more and I was told I did not need to turn off my auto draw for my previous mortgage with you and then you took $2000 out of my bank account that I am still fighting to get back

It was our first home buying experience and it was kind of a lot of ups and downs but I feel Jeff did his best and his partner didn’t do her best.
