Constant billing problems, impossible to change direct payment status. I tried to change my autopay bank account and NAF kept drawing from the one I removed. I called in to correct this issue and the representee only made it worse. The next...

I initiated almost all communication. The Appraisal process slowed everything down and I paid it up front immediately. There was very little flexibility and was not given any options.

Kyle was very knowledgeable about the process and made sure I understood everything before moving forward it was an excellent experience for buying my first home
