Jonathan always gave me the latest update and was always available with questions, I recommend his professionalism.

There was just some issues that went back and forth a bit too much for my liking. There was an issue with my employment, not working long enough, but it didnt become an issue until about 16 days before closing, which everyone was fully aware...

Organization and better communi cation from Deborah. After, dealing with her, I would assume this was her first time. There was no communication on what to expect or how a FHA loan works. The level of anxiety with every email received grew...

My r*** increased from my initial conversation, and my down payment also increased. Initially I was told 20% down for 7.25% and if I put down 25% I would get a r*** of 7%. I ended up putting 25% down and my r*** did not decrease as promised....

Sheila and Kim were so helpful in guiding us through the loan application process. Their professionalism and proactive communication made a huge difference when we were stressed. I’d highly recommend them to anyone buying a house.
