Better communication re: the subordination issues would have been appreciated. The bank was not responding to NAF. I would have communicated with them directly after the 2nd day without a response. These delays held our loan up by about 2 weeks....

Cunthia was available every step of the way We has hiccups in the process , she waited till issue gets resolved and she started process again and closed the loan in timely manner .
