The process took too long, over 2months where as other refi's we were involved with took 30 days or less. Multiple requests for paperwork already submitted. Otherwise the experience was acceptable.

Aizen was really great from the start, I'd had many calls from other competitors and he made me feel Comfortable with the process . Nina was very helpful with questions when needed and returned calls promptly.
