Explains and responds promptly. Loan closed smoothly.

Jullian is a Real asset for NAF and you will be fortunate to keep him. Many of your orher people and procedures are not so great. Except for Jullian it was not a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with Stephanie, she was very kind and helpful. She kept me well informed about what was happening. However, once the loan moved to processing the communication dropped off and I felt like I didn't know what was going on much...
