Ken always picked up the phone and answered all of our questions. He even relieved our anxieties about our refinance and no matter how many times I asked a question he was never impatient. So grateful for him.

Buyers were Upset with NAF. We couldnt close on time of contract so we extended closing to 10/10 . NAF decided 3 days before 10/10 to make sure everything was in order. Had to extend closing to 10/17 and I honestly didn't think title or lender...

We had some unusual items come up in our process of buying a home. Kaleb and Dexter were very knowledgeable and available to answer all our questions and concerns. We really appreciate all that they did for us in closing the deal.
