My lender was phenomenal, never batted an eye to help me, answered all of my questions on and off of the clock, and treated me like we had known each other for years. First Federal workers have been great!
Throughout the process, Ms. Zavala displayed professionalism. Despite our lack of real estate expertise, she went above and beyond to ensure we understood every detail and step of each procedure. She was respectful, kind, and patient.
Carrie made everything so easy. She was very helpful and would recommend her to anyone!
