Just seemed like a lot. It was a very stressful process where I felt we sent same documents or were asked for more and more documents so many times. Nothing that Leslie did wrong, just really stressful process. Leslie was great!

Jordan was phenomenal with his communication and making any adjustments that we needed in the process. My schedule was hectic and he made the whole experience easy.
