Although I don’t feel it was given due urgency, Rob did help troubleshoot issues between appraisers and the home-office with their consultants.

I felt it was my responsibility to educate myself on the loan details and timelines. I believe this service could be improved by clearly and proactively communicating with the customer to provide updates and education about the product.

needed to follow up multiple times to keep process moving- more proactive status and updates when handed off to other handlers would be helpful

Provide a time line with tasks required to closing date to assure closing date is reached. Also this will help having last minute “gotta get this done” situations.

Everyone responded quickly.

Clear communication of expectations and prompt responses to inquiries. Personable and easy to understand.

The loan process was so much smoother with crystal than with our previous lender when we purchased our last home in Pullman. She is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. We appreciate all of her help.
